Where are you located?
Marrowbone HQ and Warehouse are located in Sydney, Australia.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in AUD via Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Pay Pal, G Pay & Afterpay
Are your bags unisex?
Absolutely! While more of our customers might be women our styles appeal to both men and non-binary alike. Our bags are for those who want to carry them!
I just ordered! What happens next?
Check your email. You will have received an order confirmation. If you do not receive this email please contact us at customerservice@marrowbone.com.au as there may have been a typo in the email address entered at checkout.
We’ll send you another email shortly after to let you know your order has been dispatched and is on the way! This email will contain tracking information so you can track your order. Time to get excited!
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Every order qualifies for free shipping to anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. Excluding Promotional Sale Periods
Where does my order ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to New Zealand. Excluding Promotional Sale Periods
Do you offer International Shipping?
We are only able to ship internationally to New Zealand.
Unfortunately at this stage we are not able to ship to other international locations.
When will my order get dispatched?
Getting your order dispatched quickly is always a priority! Where possible orders will be dispatched earlier than the timeframes below.
Orders placed before 6pm (Monday - Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed after 6pm (Monday-Thursday) will be dispatched within 2 business days.
How long will my order take to be delivered?

Can I track my order?
Yes you can. You’ll receive an email after your order is dispatched with all your tracking info.

Returns
What is the Return Policy?
We offer free returns on all Australian orders!
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason you can return your purchase to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

My order is damaged?
Quality is our priority at Marrowbone. Your order is thoroughly checked before being sent to you, and we do our best to ensure your item/s arrive in perfect condition.
If for some reason you receive a damaged item, please email us at customerservice@marrowbone.com.au with your order number and a photo of your item so we can quickly get this sorted for you!
